
Below is a list of our healthy sandwich fillings. As standard we use wholegrain, oatmeal, multiseed, white, softgrain and wholemeal breads as well as a wide variety of specialist seeded rolls and baguettes. All platters are garnished with edible salad leaves, cucumbers and tomatoes. Low fat spread is used throughout and low fat mayo is mixed with low fat natural yogurt.
