en croute creates – the cookery classes! has been introduced due to the many, many requests we receive asking us how we do what we do!
The time has arrived for us to reveal our secrets and let you create the same en croute experience in your own home – using our trickery, our skills and our experience.
Our concept is different from other schools – our teaching is centred on a hands-on, sexy approach to cooking where you will certainly get involved and create something new and exciting in the space of an evening..
The setting is far from a chintzy dinner party kitchen – instead, we offer a full-on experience of stainless steel, industrial equipment and lots and lots of space.
We want you to have the best night, eat the best food and experience loads of ideas with enthusiasm and energy – all packed into our take home kilner jar!
